Job Description :
Job Title : Service IT Help Desk - Technical Voice Specialist role (Very URGENTLY Required : ONLY Candidates with excellent communication Skills and who can also Join Immediately)
Position Responsibilities:
· Provide frontline end user technical support for Call Center staff via inbound and outbound calls, messaging, and email
· Setup environments and applications including virtual machine sessions, MS365 applications, and UX
· Troubleshoot, identify, resolve, and escalate technical issues in a proficient and timely manner
· Reset system passwords
· Test environment/application updates
· Adhere to a set schedule
Skills:
· Previous IT Support experience
· Understanding of computer systems, virtual machines, and cloud environments
