We are looking for a deadline-focused Technical Recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions. The Technical Recruiter responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from meeting with hiring managers to write job descriptions to sourcing the best talent to offer roll out. You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines. Responsibilities and Duties
Experience in headhunting recruitment.
End to end recruitment delivery: Sourcing, scheduling, giving assessment, coordinating for interviews till on boarding
Sourcing the profiles through Free Job Posting Site like Indeed. Social Networking sites like LinkedIn, Facebook.
Experience in working for profiles like iOS Developer, Manual Tester, Business Development, Marketing Manager, UI/UX Designer, PHP Developer, Project Manager, Tele Caller, Project Manager, Graphic Designer & Mobile App Developer.
Share open positions to external recruitment consultancy and follow up for resumes.
Also need to do headhunting for contractual hiring.
Develop customised sourcing strategies for each mandate in terms of talent pool generation and close the requirement on TAT.
Writing job descriptions as briefed by the stakeholders
Taking Initial HR Interview via face to face round/ telephonic round and do initial screening.
Arranging for in-person/video interviews for technical round.
Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
Keeping track of all applicants status in MIS
Performing background and reference checks.
Onboarding and Documentation
Forecasting recruitment budgets.
Sending referral program email to Inhouse employees
Coordinate with hiring managers to define the Job Description. Present the same to management and take an approval for same.
Data management: Ensure candidate data and compensation details are maintained in a strict and confidential manner
Offer management: roll out the offers, coordinate with candidates and follow up till closure.
Ensure smooth offer to join process for hired candidates
Vendor management: Maintain cordial relations with the training institutes and recruitment vendors. Identify potential vendors as in when required.
Performing Employee Engagement & Team-building activities for Employees
Qualifications and Skills
Proven work experience as a Headhunter, Recruiter or similar
Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques via free postings
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (e.g. resume databases and portfolio sites)
Excellent communication and persuasion abilities (particularly when making cold calls and sending recruiting emails)
Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
Good decision-making skills
Qualification: Any Graduate and Certification HR is a must Experience: 2-3 Years Salary: 20,000 to 25,000/- pm Notice Period: 15-20 Days
