A Leading MNC jobs - IT Service Desk Executive - Technical US Voice

• Answer calls from customers and resolve their technical queries as the customers’ first point of contact.
• Create Service desk tickets, assign technicians and follow-up till closure.
• End to end front line coordination with Internal and external customer for IT queries, Service requests, incident.
• Log incidents and service requests and maintain relevant call log records.

Skills required:

•  Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, preferably trained in voice and accent.
•  Previous Call Center experience must.
•  Experience in interacting with US clients.
•  Basic PC, Printer, Scanner and Application troubleshooting Skills.
•  Prior exposure in working in ITIL driven IT ticketing tools like ManageEngine.
• ITIL V3 Foundation certification is added advantage.
