Job title: It Solution Sales and Marketing Manager

Education : A qualified Engineer, preferably with management qualifications in Marketing

Desired Profile:
- Responsible for acquiring new business either by growing the existing accounts by width & depth of IT Services as well as by opening up new accounts.
- Responsible for the new partnership of the organization, acting as a bridge between client side and the organization.
- Handling customer's pre-sales and post-sales queries over various communication medium like calls/emails/skype and social networking sites.
- Strong communication and presentation skills through ppts and Calls to convince the prospective Leads.
- Ability to develop and apply creative solutions to business problems, anticipating situations and needs and finding flexible answers to new situations; championing innovation to improve business performance.
- Candidate must be Customer facing personnel with an ability to Qualify and Close Transformational IT Services deals; a strategic thought leader, who thrives in a highly collaborative environment. He/she will be a creative problem-solver who can deliver competitive solutions to their clients.
- Bid Management: This would involve Bid Strategy, Bid Planning, Bid Responses, Tracking & Coordinating, Pricing and Commercials, Bid Defense Presentations till Bid Close.
- Defining Value Propositions Mapping Client Goals/Visions to company’s Solution/Product offerings
- Account Mining: Researching on existing /potential clients for opportunities and develop Business propositions.
- Assessment Exercises: Lead Consulting/Assessment Exercise with Clients when required Understanding client’s business context/requirements gathering, helping define clients Business Case development, contribution to Solution Architecture Development
- Thought Leadership: Developing Point of View/Whitepapers on topics of relevance, Creating Innovative Pricing/Commercial Models
Skills:
Qualifications: Engineering Graduate or/ and Graduate with MBA, preferably with a specialization in marketings
Experience:
- 5-6 years of industry experience in the areas of PreSales /Sales, IT Consulting of which some years in the space of Innovations and/or IoT
- Understanding of latest Technologies on Innovations, Software and IoT etc.
- Good understanding of a couple of industries/domains such as FMCG, Manufacturing, Utilities etc.
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial in nature, attitude to continuously learn, thrive in an emerging industry, willing to take initiative, self-driven to achieve goals in a start up environment
