Job Description

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Executive Human Resources at Vidyaa Tech in Indore. As a Junior Executive Human Resources, your day-to-day tasks will include HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and human resources (HR) tasks. You will play a vital role in maintaining efficient HR processes and supporting the organization's workforce.

Qualifications:

HR management, HR operations, and HR policies expertise
Handling recruitment as per the requirement.
Knowledge about the portals (Indeed, Linked In, Naukri.com, Expertia, etc.)
Excellent knowledge of employee relations
Proficiency in human resources (HR) tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Experience in the education industry is a plus
