We are looking for a Junior Telecalling professional preferably with prior experience in the B2C industry who is open to joining us within the next 15 days. We expect him/her to be comfortable with computer applications and software. A quick learner having an energetic positive personality would be ideal for the role.
Job Role:
Convincing parents to opt for school bus service.
Providing technical support to complete the registration process.
Follow up on transport late fee payments and send out reminders.
Send regular work updates/ daily reports.
Pre-Requisites:
Good communication.
Languages: English & Hindi
Basic knowledge of Excel
