Areas of responsibility | |||
1.
In charge to develop the business through implementation of
Bioderma policy on the retail market and trade business. 2.
To open new pharmacy channels to develop better market share. 3.
Ensure steady growth of the Sensibio H20 in Indian Market. 4.
Identify and increase brand visibility of the shelves space for
Bioderma in the pharmacy. 5.
Execute displays and offers as per the marketing plan at
different point of sales. 6.
Responsible to negotiate with the chains pharmacies for
implementing a yearly timely action on different seasons and with individual
POS 7.
Responsible for the implementation of different consumer offers
in the POS environment. 8.
Plan for improving Bioderma merchandising status at different
POS 9. To
ensure good stock and range
in standalone chemist, cosmetic counters and in chain pharmacies. 10. To ensure adequate
supply of samples and testers to the BA counters. 11. Monitoring BA activity,
sales performance and attendance. 12. Maintaining BA daily
attendance and sales performance and providing it to HQ at the month end in a
desired format. 13. Ensuring timely
distributor payments. 14. Prepare
potential Sales outlet List and contacts. 15. Ensure
retailers are aware of entire product range and delivering time to time
product training to various outlets. 16. Ensure
Visibility of products at the various outlets. 17. Ensure
Negotiation and closure of TOT with key chain stores. 18. Ensure
effective Supervision of marketing activities as and when required. 19. Prepare
promotion plans for SensibioH2O and other key references as required –
localized. 20. Ensure
accurate reporting in Online Sales Trak and analysis of the entire business 21. Reach
the target needed to match the company sales objectives. 22. Responsible
for conducting retailor meets, retailer product training and other retailer
activities. 23. Responsible
to arrange training session for pharmacy employees on product and skin
pathologies. 24. Report
information, feedback from field to HO. 25. Can
suggest promotional actions with marketing team to be implemented. | |||
