· Acquiring and reaching out to potential target clinics/ doctors
· Competition tracking vis-à-vis current product
· Resolve operational issues and problems faced at clinic
· Drive continuous Usage of the platform across clinics and territories assigned
Educational & Professional Background:
· B.B.A /B.C.A/B. Pharma
· Customer care experience (1-2 years) preferably in healthcare domain
· Digital Savvy, Proficiency with Excel (such as Vlookup, Pivots)
· Good communication skills and presentable
· Good listening skills
