1 To perform assigned analytical testing procedures in an accurate, precise, and timely manner in the assiged lab.
2 To perform routine and non-routine activities pertaining to laboratory testing and reporting and maintaining external and Internal Quality control 3 Maintain required records and documentation. and maintaining records of patient test result.
Ensure accuracy in test results 4.2 Analyze specimens using approved testing procedures as per SOP's, review and release test results. Error free sample testig 4.3 Adhere to the laboratory's quality control policies, instrument
and procedural calibrations and follow safety guidelines as per established organisation protocols.
Ensure ideal and safe environment required for testing 4.4 Make sure reagents/test kits have received dates, expiration dates, and opened dates maintained in requisite temperatures and conditions
Ensuring standard utilisation of sources and proper stock management,allign material requests allowing no wastage/ pilfrege. Identify problems that may adversely affect test performance or reporting of test results and immediately notify the COL or Lab Administrators. Ensuring controled testing environment 4.5 Maintain complete records of all testing performed on-site.
