We are currently seeking Lathe Machine Operator to fill multiple positions within our manufacturing team. As a Lathe Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in our production process by setting up, operating, and maintaining lathe machines to produce precision parts and components according to engineering specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

· Set up and prepare lathe machines for operation by installing cutting tools, work holding fixtures, and other necessary components.

· Operate lathe machines to perform turning, facing, threading, grooving, and other machining operations on various materials.

· Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and productivity.

· Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to verify conformance to specifications.

· Troubleshoot issues with machines and perform adjustments or repairs as necessary to minimize downtime.

· Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged parts.

· Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

· Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

· Maintain accurate production records and documentation of work performed.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Lathe Machine Operator, with a strong understanding of lathe machine setup, operation, and maintenance procedures.

· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

· Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and performing quality control checks.

· Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

· Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy materials.

· Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed to meet production deadlines.
