Job Description
Should have strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
• Should be well versed with Data Integration and Data Warehousing concepts
• Should have development hands-on experience in core Integration service components like Mappings, Workflows.
• Should have worked in at least one RDBMS like Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, DB2.Shell scripting in Linux/Unix environment is mandatory
• Should have good understanding of Architecture, advanced transformations like Normalizer, Store Procedure Transformation, Custom Transformation, Mapplet, Rank, Union etc.
• Should have good understanding of parameterization, Exception and Error handling methods and debugging
• Performance Improvement skills on Informatica and RDBMS is desirable.
• Should have participated in different kinds of testing like Unit Testing, System Testing, User Acceptance Testing.
• Should have participated in at least 1 end-to-end data integration implementation.
• Shell scripting in Linux/Unix environment is mandatory
• Performance Improvement skills on Informatica / RDBMS is desirable.
• Should have participated in different kinds of testing like Unit Testing, System Testing, User Acceptance Testing.
• Should be able to understand both ER and Dimensional models
• Should be self-starter in solution implementation with inputs from design documents
• Preferable to have experience to automation and scheduling tools
