Job Description

· Responsible to make out bound calls to the customers from provided database and tele calling script.

· Briefing to the customers about product and services, plans and its benefits and providing them the solutions as per the customer needs.

· Scheduling interested customer’s appointment with the business/relationship manager.

· Communicating and co-ordination with the relationship manager for smooth closure of the lead.

· Achieving targets as assigned by the orgnisation on a monthly basis.

· Convincing potential customers to do business with the company.
