· Perform daily, weekly, monthly and yearly checks to ensure the health of the Lync environment (including patching)
· Support, maintaining and managing Smiths Lync environment.
· Creating and maintaining documentation for both support teams and customers.
· Manage\resolve support tickets and escalations.
· Monitor and report Lync performance using SCOM, Solarwinds and Lync’s own reports.
· Leverage PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks
· Maintain and support Enterprise voice gateways (Audiocodes)
· Implement enhancements and changes to the Lync infrastructure
· Work with team to design\implement the transition from on premise to O365/Teams
