We are a management consulting firm providing our services to family-run businesses as well as entrepreneurs in the MSME (micro-small-medium -enterprises) sector. We train, coach, counsel, and mentor the CEOs and their core team to achieve their professional and organizational goals. We establish clarity and direction for an organization through our 3 days intensive program called 'seeds of strategy'. We also unleash time-proven management tools like 7s framework and design, development, and application of the balanced score card. We also conduct primary and secondary research for insights into consumer buying behavior. We also use very important management frameworks like porter's five forces, SWOT, PEST, and construction and application of KPIs. We also conduct numerous workshops for advanced strategy, balanced score card, and sales playbook to our clients. We also conduct customized training sessions as well as coaching and counselling sessions for our clients.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on recording MOMs, preparing presentations, planning, and application of management frameworks or any other activities as directed by the management
2. Develop marketing plans and executing the same and conduct online and offline research and write project reports
3. Work on reporting every day's work
