GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION

Responsible for managing Ansell India’s  E-Commerce sales channel, this role  will need to work with internal teams to maximize the online sales channel and deliver a fluid process for customers. Success will be defined by how well the E-commerce manager develops and cross-functionally executes comprehensive E-commerce plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES &  SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Work with Ansell’s Leadership team to deliver sales targets.
• You will own e-commerce revenue targets and work towards realizing them
• Accountable for traffic, conversion, product sales and other web KPIs
• Establish B2B, B2C online shop and communication strategy (email, social media and other channels)
• Work with client engagement managers to create B2C communication & promotional plans
• Improve online shop, and e-commerce functionalities
• Lead analytics team to come with insights around ecommerce business
• Manage vendors who provide e-commerce services such as email provider, personalization engine etc.
• Improve member engagement by optimizing UX and Campaigns using tools
• Leverage tools like Google Analytics, QlikView for web analytics, data visualization & personalization
• Advise clients for improving e-commerce KPIs and creating deeper member engagement for continued business growth 
•  Support Ecommerce Sales with the capture and reporting of KPIs, such conversion rate, page views, and time-on-site
• Develop and maintain a predictable forecasting model
• Collaborate with Marketing team to execute online promotions and strategies
• Delivery on acceptable churn rates and new customer acquisition 
• Market research and analysis.
