Job Description

Job Role in brief

Manage day to day office / business communications, correspondances, real estate property documentations (organising, scanning, filing, tracking, safe custody of documents, etc),maintaining tracking and other front desk registers.
Perform data maintenance and entry tasks.
Manage office support staff and day to day office needs etc.
Ability to develop skills on the job.
speaking to clients, getting their requirements and fixing the viewings for the property. getting their feedback once the viewing is done.
updating the data base with new clients and properties

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Mandatory Linguistic skills : English (Read, Write, Speak) and Kannada
Mandatory Qualification : Graduate
