Regular pro-active communication/updates  with the key stakeholders on portfolio Health

Interact with stakeholders; operating teams, on regular basis to ensure accurate & timely implementation of strategies and collection policies.

Engage with Risk & operating team to design / change of Policy for enhanced results.

Track flow rates of the portfolio & come up with recommendations to improve, basis specific collection strategies.

Develop cost optimal treatment optimization strategies including Dialer strategies.

Actively monitor Collections strategies and execute champion-challengers  to drive efficiencies.

Address challenging situations and come up with logical solutions to address capacity related challenges.

Work closely with Risk & operating teams for design of test / POC

Provide Portfolio diagnostics and insights to leadership team through dashboards and analysis periodically.

Adhoc analysis for business challenges.

Work closely with dialer teams to ensure accurate implementation of strategies / test.

Drive automation of business processes; account allocation and tracking mechanism.

Documentation of  on-going strategies and champion-challengers
