Job Description RTA Operations & Investor Relations (IR) Job Profile /
Deliverables: The incumbent shall be responsible for handling RTA Operations
&h Investor Relations in the MF / AMC and the role covers the following
brief Important experience in the following areas : handling MIS & hands on
MS Office especially command on Excel handling Brokerages effective monitoring
of RTA related processes and oversea execution both at AMC & RTA level
including Recon , Audit , AML & regulatory filing related activities etc handling
vendor Invoices Handle new initiatives / projects including automation &
Digital ones , as and when required Experience in other areas : Handling of
Special products viz handling day to day SIP activities and ensure end to end
SIP processes are met with no complaints Independently monitoring grievances /
complaints including SCORE / regulatory complaints and ensure complete
resolution within the prescribed TAT Work Exp: At least 10 + years of
experience in TA Operations & Investor Relations in financial services Designation

Requisite Competencies: Good communication skills (oral and written) Proven
Leadership quality and ability to lead team , problem solving & logical
