Job Description

Manager-Sales operations

Location: Gurgaon,India

Who we’re looking for:

Strong analytical background, with experience in managing large size teams
Excellent communication, organizational and administrative skills
An energetic, mature, accountable, self-driven, fast learner and has strong analytical skills
Very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Deep understanding of data, as well as a strong business sense

What you will be doing:

Prepare and manage business plan for the vertical
Serving as an internal sales support for the sales team to assist with achieving assigned sales quotas and goals
Consistently and continuously monitoring business ‘health and quality metrics’ ensuring they are in line with management’s expectations
Finalise and communicate citywise monthly/quarterly targets (volume & revenue) and incentives
SPOC for all Vendor onboarding and future relations
