Manager-Sales operations

Location: Gurgaon,India

Who we’re looking for:
  • Strong analytical background, with experience in managing large size teams
  • Excellent communication, organizational and administrative skills
  • An energetic, mature, accountable, self-driven, fast learner and has strong analytical skills
  • Very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Deep understanding of data, as well as a strong business sense

What you will be doing:
  • Prepare and manage business plan for the vertical
  • Serving as an internal sales support for the sales team to assist with achieving assigned sales quotas and goals
  • Consistently and continuously monitoring business ‘health and quality metrics’ ensuring they are in line with management’s expectations
  • Finalise and communicate citywise monthly/quarterly targets (volume & revenue) and incentives
  • SPOC for all Vendor onboarding and future relations
