Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working with and assisting other associates in meeting common goals
2. Partnering with TLs and managers, and supporting teams to deliver accurate and timely financial information to clients
3. Analyzing unique and recurring situations, coming up with solutions, and continuously improving processes, all with limited management interaction
4. Developing expertise with few repetitions
5. Updating and following existing tracking mechanism, logging the errors, and ensuring the timely correction of faults so that the recon process adhere to the specified timelines
