Job Summary:

· Can work at a fast pace to grow the contact database. Faster typing/keyboard shortcuts will help.
· Self-starter that anticipates requests and doesn't need a lot of handholding.
· Any sales certification training attended would be an added advantage.
· Prior experience in a similar area would be good.
Responsibilities:
· Identifying contacts based on the requirement for Products & Services.
· Build contacts lists for product/ services based on different criteria including sales revenue, employees, industry, vertical, geography.
· Building contact database with key info for sales including name, title, company name, email Id, direct phone, etc.
· Understanding the target client's organization, technologies, products, and domain.
· Research on the industry before building the company list.
· Maintain all the contacts in excel or CRM tool.
· Validating/Cleansing the contacts periodically.
· Validating existing contacts to avoid duplication.
· Collect data from the contact database/ Business Directories like Hoovers, Lead 411, Jigsaw, OneSource, ZOOMINFO and some Professional networking sites like LinkedIn, Facebook, twitter etc.
· Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
