This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Business
Development Manager. The Marketing Business Development Manager will be
responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive
business growth, conducting market research to identify new market
opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and
collaborating with creative teams to develop promotional materials. This
role is located in Bengaluru, with some flexibility for remote work.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities.
Oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and message alignment across all channels.
Identify and cultivate long-term strategic partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors to drive business growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion or product development.
Plan and execute business development initiatives, including networking events, trade shows, and conferences, to generate new leads and opportunities.
Manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, directing social media strategies to engage audiences and improve social reach.
Design and oversee the implementation of customer relationship management (CRM) systems to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Spearhead the negotiation and closure of business deals, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal guidelines, while optimizing profitability and market share.
