This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Business Development Manager. The Marketing Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth, conducting market research to identify new market opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with creative teams to develop promotional materials. This role is located in Bengaluru, with some flexibility for remote work.

Responsibilities:

Manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, directing social media strategies to engage audiences and improve social reach.

Design and oversee the implementation of customer relationship management (CRM) systems to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Spearhead the negotiation and closure of business deals, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal guidelines, while optimizing profitability and market share.
