JOB Description :-Generate leads by cold calling to All types of retailers.Willing to travel in given territory.Develop the given territory for the company's software solution. New customer attainment directly as well as with the help of team members.Present product demos to the Retailers across verticals.Hunt additional sales of Modules / New branches within existing customer base.Network with the Hardware Partners, Channel Partners, Associates, Local Retailers Associations.Build Relationships & get referrals from the existing customers & their employees.Consistently maintain a solid customer funnel that supports and exceeds revenue forecasts.Attend industry events & network with relevant stakeholders & represent the firm in the marketplace.Update online systems (CRM) regularly.Perform reporting and administrative activities.Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, Sales forecast etc.Ensure collection of sales proceeds
Qualification :- Graduate IT / Commerce Preferred
Reporting to :- Associate Sales Manager of respective territory
Skills Required (personal skills)Selling Skills Be versed in solution selling Good oral & Written communication skills, (English, Hindi & Local Language)Team Player.Negotiation & Convincing ability
Software Knowledge.Computer- Other Software- Basic computer Knowledge .Compensation Range Monthly Gross- Rs. 15000-25000 (Depending on Location A class, B Class & C Class)Mobile Allow- Incentives- Travelling Allow- Rs.4000/- (Approx)
Other info Male- Language- Local Language/ Hindi & English Vehicle - Except Mumbai 2 Wheeler must, Age 21-25 Married/ Single- No preference.
