Job Description
· Act as a Liaison between the Wholesaler and the sub dealers ensuring off-take from the wholesaler on a consistent basis.
· Responsible for sales and collections of the assigned Channel partners – Wholesalers and their network of sub dealers.
· Ensure stocking and reordering within the dealer network and the assigned sub-dealer network.
· Ensure shop branding at the counters are as per the contractual terms.
· Responsible for the distribution of the shop branding materials such as POP, Pamphlets, Give-aways etc.
· Co-ordinate with the technical team for conducting activities such as Mason meets, counter meets etc.
· Ensure timely delivery of material to the specific destination in coordination with logistics department.
· Identify opportunities in the market and generate leads for the wholesalers and sub-dealers.
· Report competitor activities in the market – branding and promotional activities, technical activities to the respective Territory In-charge.
· Report order information at the counters back to the territory In-charge.
· Ensure submission of market activity report on a daily basis – visits made to the sub dealer counters and other sites.
Skills Required
· Previous sales experience in the cement industry will be preferred.
· Good communication and negotiation skills.
· Local language proficiency is a must.
· Should have good people skills and a go-getter attitude
· Self-motivating individual with an aggressive intent
