Responsibilities:

• Building and delivering of dashboard and analytics solutions using Microsoft Power BI and related Azure data services
• Works closely with Power BI report users to fine tune and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards
• Serves as best practices resource for all Power BI initiatives in the organization
• Conducts training and user group sessions on Power BI
• Participates in project planning and proof of concepts involving Power BI
• Acts as the escalation point for Power BI related issues and provides timely resolutions
• Develops and oversees monitoring systems to measure usage and ensure operational stability

Technical / Functional Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power BI with premise and cloud data sources, including SQL and Microsoft Azure
• Strong experience in performing tuning of Power BI reports and SQL with large volume of data sources
• Graduate in IT, Computer Science or similar relevant field preferred
• Experience in the contact center industry preferred
