1). MIS Executive is the key person who will be responsible for developing a database, managing information, maintain records.
2) This would require the collection of information from all skill development centres under a skill development training project Apart from above, MIS Executive would have to ensure timely reporting
Responsibilities and Duties
1). Ensure relevant data on the website (MRIGS and DDU-GKY MPR Portal) is updated
2). Responsible for providing a success case study from centres through regular follow-up
3). Develop an understanding of all MIS based requirements based on project guidelines and other documents
4). Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and yearly reports as per prescribed reporting formats following deadlines
5). Responsible for maintaining and ensuring updated MIS, reports and documents as per set formats and structures for all skill development projects on external ERP system
