About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on the latest technologies in the tech space - microservices, Spring Cloud, Netflix OSS, Dockers, Kubernetes with some of the most skilled brains in the industry
2. Work on the latest tools such as Dockers, Kubernetes
3. Analyze and ensure an optimum level of performance for all applications
4. Involve in brainstorm sessions with colleagues to collaborate in product design, functional requirements, design, or problems discussions

Other requirements

1. Excellent knowledge of Java collections, concurrency, and synchronization concepts

2. Ability to think on your feet with the expertise to apply data structure & algorithm concepts quickly

3. Attention to details & clear and precise written and spoken communication skills

4. Good understanding of RESTful Web services, HTTP, WWW, JSON, XML, AJAX

5. Good knowledge of Hibernate or JPA, Spring, XML Parsers, RegExs, Maven

6. Good knowledge of DBs - RDBMS like MySQL/ PostgreSQL/MS SQL or NoSQL DB like MongoDB, Cassandra, CouchDB

7. Knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Netflix OSS & front-end frameworks like React, Angular JS 1 or 2, Jquery, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS / CSS3

8. Excellent logic and programming skills

9. Students with 1-2 backlogs can apply & there is no percentage cut-off criteria
