Job Description for the Mobilizer For Talensetu Skill Training Foundation(NGO)

Education / Qualifications-MSW or Any graduate
Experience-1 to 2 years (Student mobilization & Skill development)                                          Remuneration /Salary: Based upon an interview
Key RoleRoles and responsibilities
Ø  Clear Understanding of Mobilization regarding social and work responsibilities.Ø  Have / Develop a detailed understanding of assigned territory and identify clusters for potential students.
Ø  Work in collaboration with NGOs / Organizations / Community leaders / Educational institutes /Etc. to reach out to students.
Ø  Identify potential students during mobilization and establish and maintain a good relationship with them.Ø  Provide inputs to the reporting Manager on daily and periodically
Ø  Daily/weekly/monthly reports on work was done including areas covered, number of meetings held, number of visits by community leaders and potential students and the admissions to various courses etc.
Ø  Manage a stable of existing corporate partnerships, focusing on strategy and stewardship of partners to more robust giving plans
Ø  Works with staff and field offices to coordinate on projects for corporate prospects.
Ø  Identifies really needed student, Understand family problem issues related to studies and choose the right student for our skill development foundation.
Ø  Develop village relationship with peoples like fieldwork.
Ø  Identifies and interfaces with prospective donors in an attempt to increase the number of partners, gifts sizes, and renewal rates from Indian corporates for TSSTF.

Ø  Lead Generation, Relationship Management, Cold Calling.
Ø  Should have presentable personality & Friendly Nature.
Ø  Should have good communication skills.
Ø  Should possess reasonably good IQ, Positive Attitude and Patience towards work. Key Needs

Ø  Should have experience in community development.
Ø  Researches opportunities and creates and manages strategies for prospect cultivationØ  MSW  completed with Project
Ø  Experience in the relevant field with 1 to 2 years.
Ø  Ready to Travel, Identify Locations.
Ø  Self-Motivated Person with Hardworking Attitude.
Ø  Should have Computer Knowledge.
