Locations:  Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Kolkata

Qualification : 10+2+3 (Graduate / Diploma )

Certification : Trained

Experience : 3-5 Years  Technologies Covered : Administering cloud-based messaging, collaboration and communication service platforms such as MS Lync

Job Description :
  • Management of Lync Servers - Edge , Front End Server , Backend Server ,Media ServersEnable User ID in Lync 2013 Server.ServerReporting and ConfigurationLync Client TroubleshootingLync Server TroubleshootingServer Patching and UpdateStrong understanding and experience with MS Lync and SIPConfiguring  and Troubleshooting Lync Servers for IM, Chat , Web ,AV and  Video Conferencing ,Voice
  • Knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services & ADFS Federation Services core concepts
  • Strong knowledge on Lync PowerShell administration
  • Knowledge about front end/back end, OWA, RPC/HTTP and active sync configuration
  • Strong Knowledge SIP, TLSStrong understanding of Voice gateway configuration and conceptsLync Online integration requirements for ExchangeStrong hands on experience in complex Microsoft Lync enterprise environment
  • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex enterprise level Lync application issues and outages.Lync Server Backup
  • Good Knowledge of ADFS,federation services .
