Job Description: We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Mystery Auditor to evaluate the customer experience at Subway restaurants across multiple locations. This is a part-time, contract position requiring visits to 8 different Subway stores twice a month. Each visit will be compensated at Rs 500, with an additional Rs 500 provided to cover food costs per month.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct twice visits per month to each of the 8 designated Subway stores.

- Evaluate various aspects of the customer experience, including service quality, cleanliness, food quality, and adherence to company standards.

- Complete detailed reports on each visit, providing thorough feedback on your observations.

- Maintain confidentiality about your role as a mystery auditor to ensure genuine interactions and assessments.

Requirements:

- Strong attention to detail and observational skills.

- Excellent written communication skills for comprehensive report submissions.

- Ability to follow specific guidelines and evaluation criteria.

- Reliable transportation to travel to various Subway locations.

- Flexibility to visit stores at different times, including during peak and off-peak hours.

Compensation:

- Rs 500 per visit (16 visits per month).

- Rs 500 per month for food expenses.
