Life Circle Health Services Pvt Ltd is looking for an ideal candidate with expertise in healthcare quality. This position is a full time one, based out of Hyderabad, managing pan India quality of care. #healthcare #quality #geriatrics. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through adapting standards, creating training tools for implementation, conduct reviews and internal audits, participates in process improvement programs, and interacts with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.
Key Skills:
Develop framework and implementation guidelines for geriatric home health care quality
Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action
Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations
Visit homes of seniors to understand the on ground realities and challenges faced by the team members
Special Requirements:
Expertise in working on statistical methods related to quality improvement. Very conversant with creating word, powerpoint, excel documents
