level Primary objectives ·
The OTC Process Lead will be required to manage and
lead teams delivering all OTC processes from the CoE ·
The OTC Process Lead will be responsible for
internal customer satisfaction, team productivity, quality, SLA and internal
control compliance and employee engagement ·
The OTC
manager would be responsible for o Overall
effectiveness of the OTC CoE process o Operational Delivery o Leadership
and People Management o Customer
