Job Title: Office Admin (Both Experienced & Fresher)
We are looking for a confident and professional candidates who can maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Duty & Responsibility:
✓ Maintain and file all records in a systematic manner
✓ Coordinate the administrative activities of the overall location so that administrative staff , equipment, supplies and other.
✓ Process bills for payment
✓ Process vendor invoices
✓ Maintain Files and Electronic Records
✓ Perform Administration tasks as needed
✓ Update and Maintain attendance of employees
✓ Provide administrative support for Operations Team
✓ Liaising with potential students, other institutions and departments
✓ Ability to Multi-Task and prioritize works.
✓ Excellent in Time Management
✓ Excellent Organizational skills and attentional to details
Eligibility : Minimum Qualification Diploma /Graduation (Any Stream)
CTC: Depends on last drawn Salary based on Experience
Timings : 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Work Days : Only 5 days a week (Every Sat & Sun Off)
Location: Electronic City, Bangalore (Work from Office)
Note: Freshers with Good English Vocabulary who are enthusiast to learn & Kick off their Career are also welcome.
