Job Description

Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, scanning, taking notes.
Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
Scheduling meetings in coordination with meeting members.
Procure and maintain office supplies and inventory.
Perform counter duties, which include receipt of items/documents (inward/outward) from third parties.
Purchase order preparation.
Record (database) keeping in excel.
Maintaining the general office filing system.
Maintaining Basic office Administration.
To supervise the office cleanliness
Coordinating office activities in coordination with office members.
Mail drafting, document typing.
Ready to learn new and creative ideas and improve business development.
