Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Administrative Support:
1. Manage and organize office documents, records, and files
2. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
3. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls
4. Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and other internal communications
B. Office Operations:
1. Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
2. Coordinate and oversee office maintenance and repairs
3. Manage office budgets and expense reports
4. Assist in onboarding new employees and help with HR-related tasks
C. Communication:
1. Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere
2. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective information flow
3. Handle inquiries and resolve administrative issues
D. Record Keeping:
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems
2. Assist in document preparation, editing, and formatting
E. Meeting Support:
1. Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes
2. Set up meeting rooms and assist with audio-visual equipment
