Nature of Employment : On Roll
Reporting Authority : Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Officer - Sales is an integral part of the bank's front line sales Force.
The job involves extensive travelling within the assigned area and conducting market/customer mapping with the primary
responsibilities mentioned below.
To Acquire New Bank customer and pursue new business relationship by selling.
Saving Accounts.
Current Accounts.
Term Deposits.
Debit/ Credit Cards.
IPG products (Life Insurance/general Insurance/Mutual fund/ Retail assets products/online trading)
Responsible for achieving monthly sales Targets.
To fulfill KYC &compliance Norms.
To reach out to high Net- worth Individuals.
To increase the customer base by developing business, relationship with the current customers.
Skill Required:
High Sales orientation for achieving numbers
Good Convincing and Negotiation Skills
Good Communication Skills in English Or Local Language
Good interpersonal Skill
Ability to work on digital platforms
Computer Skills - Ms Office
Conveyance Requirement: Two wheeler required for Mobility.
Salary& Incentive:
Salary: CTC - Rs 1.91Lacs p.a to 2.2lacs p.a ( Approx )
Incentive: Earning potential is on average Rs 60000 Pm and one can earn a maximum incentive of up to Rs 7, 20,000/- Pa (Rs. 60000/- PM)
Work Experience: 1+ years of experience in 'front line Sales'. BFSI industry add advantage.
Academic Qualification: Any Graduate/ MBA (Marketing) preferred.
Age Criteria: Up to 27 yrs.
Posting location: Any Branch within circle
