Operational Support Executive

Spiritually Yours Pvt. Ltd.(Subsidiary of ValueFirst) is a fresh startup company is on a look out for a dynamic young fresher for operational support and campaign management. We are looking for a fresher who are willing to be a part of creative and innovative team. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, this position will play an essential role in the success of the company with opportunities to work on all support, backend operation aspects and be able to drive concrete actions in one of our key markets. We are looking for a talented candidate with a strong desire to manage content and work towards making the platform strong and accurate.

Operations assistants work with operations managers and other personnel to help keep businesses running smoothly. You role would require interacting with institutions and ensuring that complete information is uploaded.

They may be assigned tasks such as preparing sales reports and be  able to provide upper management with insights to further increase productivity.

Duties and responsibilities:

·         Handle content and customer support – of new clients

·         Contact institutions and centers and collect right information.

·         Create and upload content using design skills (using photoshop/illustrator)

·         Manage campaigns and analyze response.

·         Keep records of campaigns and note useful information

·         Be an energetic ambassador of Spiritually Yours.

·         Assist  to create, plan, and execute campaigns coordinated with the marketing team;

·         Develop and grow relationships with partners, leads, and accounts, through phone, email, and social media communications.
