Job Description:
· We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated young individuals with good communication skills to join our team as Operation Executives.
· OEs are required to manage our users by answering product and service-related questions to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high user satisfaction.
· OEs will be the voice of mPokket interacting with our users, to solve product and service issues. Based on the skills, the selected candidate will be placed with our internal processes.
· Using our technology interface Operation Executives will be responsible to onboard users, assessing risk, disbursing, and collecting funds.
We (Mpokket) are putting up this proposal to your college for the purpose of Campus Recruitment to hire freshers in our firm. We are requesting you to arrange the required services for our recruiters. There is a dual purpose for the campus recruitment. Primary one is to recruit the fresh and dynamic graduates for the firm and secondary is Employer’s Branding as we are now a 5 plus year old organisation at Kolkata.
