Operations is the heart of any services business. With a client base of 250+ and a team strength of 120+, the Operations team has its hands full making sure everything is running smoothly and with clock-work precision - think George Clooney in Ocean’s Eleven :) The day-to-day activities of an Operations Executive include -

• Working directly with the co-founders to ensure smooth operations of the business
• Tracking activities across 250+ clients and the respective client servicing teams and implementing the required operational processes
• Coordinating and providing operational support to HODs to carry out routine daily and weekly processes
• Coordinating and providing operational support to clients and management to carry out client specific activities
• Creating and sharing weekly internal and external operational MIS reports for all stakeholders
