Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the Visa stamping process
2. Manage the client expectations and deliverables effectively in a timely manner by setting up a seamless process that is not people dependent rather a process-oriented
3. Work on Visa checklist to be maintained and managed for accuracy above listed regions for all the visa categories like (business, work visa, dependent and tourist; checklist to be maintained in the centralised server with the version control document and should be reviewed every month or as and when there are changes to the process)
4. Quality check the visa applications and support documents for 100% accuracy and is in adherence to the consulate/embassy requirements
5. Guide the employees/client SPOC on the consulate/embassy requirements which are mandatory for visa submissions
6. Handle accurate visa information to be shared with the client SPOC/applicants against the queries raised by them
7. Handle coordination with the TTK back-office team for process updations or collection/submission of the requirement with detailed analysis report and trends
