1. Work on inbound capacity utilization i.e. end-to-end process design for 90%+ capacity utilization
2. Build and create systems and processes around managing inbound capacity management
3. Liaison between upstream buying and downstream inbound execution
4. Work closely with sourcing leadership and operations senior leaders on strategies to reduce inbound capacity and waste across the end-to-end management of capacity
5. Design cross-functional programs with considerable impact across functions for improving utilization
6. Work with a solution-oriented approach & integrate strong and clear data analysis and business rationale into designing the process
7. Develop KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones and performance across projects of maximizing capacity utilization
