Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Complete a broad variety of administrative and business-oriented tasks for the CEO including managing an active calendar of appointments, composing and preparing correspondences that are sometimes confidential, arranging agendas, and preparing for customer-facing or internal events
2. Plan, coordinate, and ensure that the director's schedule is followed and respected
3. Communicate on behalf of the CEO, with internal constituents, customers, and partners
4. Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO including those of a sensitive or confidential nature
5. Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and internal staff, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff
6. Work closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities following up appropriately
7. Assist in coordinating the agenda, minutes of senior management team meetings, off-sites, and all-staff meetings
8. Edit and complete first drafts for written communications to external stakeholders, employees, and customers
9. Manage customer invoicing and customer contracts
10. Work on slack and MS-Office
11. Keep track of attendance, leaves, and employee reimbursements
