We are seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to join our retail team as a Retail Operations Assistant. This internship offers a hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, focusing on store visits, staff management, and event coordination.

- Conduct regular visits to our retail locations to ensure adherence to operational standards.
- Collaborate with store managers to address any operational challenges and implement improvement strategies.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new store staff.
- Work closely with store managers to monitor and enhance employee performance.
- Coordinate and execute in-store events and promotions to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of promotional campaigns.
- Manage logistics, staffing, and customer interaction during events.
