Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
2. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to track shipments and resolve any issues
3. Support the management of inventory levels for various products
4. Conduct regular stock checks and assist in restocking products as needed
5. Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on order status
6. Address customer concerns and collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a positive experience
7. Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and merchandise
8. Assist in maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers
9. Participate in quality control processes to ensure that all products meet company standards
10. Document and report any quality issues to the appropriate teams
11. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the operations workflow
12. Propose and implement efficiency measures to streamline operations
13. Input data accurately into the company's systems, including order details and inventory updates
14. Generate reports to track key operational metrics
