Operations Manager, Research Operations
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in vendor management and operations management.
- Experience in project/program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- PMP, Six Sigma certification.
- 5 years of experience working in agency/consultancy or outsourced program/project management and/or operations management.
- Experience in talent research/mapping/intelligence gathering, and lead generation. Experience working on project/process/operational optimization.
- Experience managing client-vendor relationship through influence. Experience in a large complex organization and/or outsourced/offshore process management.
- Experience recruiting for tech roles and/or tech companies. Experience managing candidate information or applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to cope with complexity and change.
Responsibilities:- Understand the requirements of incoming projects and take responsibility for translating needs into action. Monitor progress and drive high quality timely output.
- Monitor utilization across sub-teams and enable collaboration to ensure resources are aligned to volume. Use available output metric data to ensure effective work prioritization, and ensure all sources drive output and quality.
- Devise strategies enabling the research team to generate and deliver high quality, impactful pipelines of talent. Understand talent availability and sources of talent/talent insights/data in your area.
- Monitor and drive project delivery, output, productivity, and quality against goals. Identify opportunities to improve/automate/innovate/maintain an environment of continuous improvement.
- Lead Diversity and Inclusion (D&I),inclusive candidate sourcing approaches, and the generation of market representative candidate pipelines, ensuring inclusive approaches are shared with our partners.
