ROLE: Oracle EBS Lead (Implementation & Support)

BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Essential Functions:
• Seasoned Oracle EBS Functional Lead with 6-12 years of experience in Oracle EBS domain. Oracle EBS Functional/Technical Lead spearheads the development, implementation and communications of Architecture Roadmap Strategies to ensure that technical systems are scalable, reliable, secure, supportable, and achieve Business and IT performance and budgetary objectives. This role will work closely with the EBS project delivery team, but also manage the EBS production support staff.
• Good understanding of the end to end process flows of Oracle EBS like Order to Cash , Procure to Pay ,Quote to Order .
• Hands on work experience in INV, Purchasing, Order Management & Advanced pricing modules.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of personnel and customers; strong teaming skills.
• Client Facing Experience
• Need to work on end to end Oracle Procurement Cloud implementation projects, this involve requirement gathering, mapping, configuring, testing, user training, post go live support and documentation.
• Experience Required (Role Based Experience Implementation Experience) Must have gone through at least 1 Oracle Financials and Procurement Cloud implementation project in a functional role.
• At least 2 to 5 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Financials and Procurement lifecycle implementation projects
• Should have worked on Oracle Cloud Procurement Modules like Requisitions, Purchasing Sourcing, Supplier Qualification, Supplier Portal and Enterprise Contracts.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud Security, Approvals, Data Conversions and OTBI Reporting Tools.
• Should have worked on requirements gathering, mapping, configuring, testing, user training, cut-over activities and post-go-live support.
• Oracle Procurement Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist would be preferred.
• Capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed.
• The candidates must have experience in Development/Configuration/Solution Evaluation/ Validation and Deployment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detailed oriented. Adapt to new projects quickly with a can-do, jump-right-in attitude. Experience with Onshore/Offshore Model.

DETAILED ROLE DESCRIPTION
Primary Skills:
• Strong EBS Functional Skills.
• Should be able to lead & manage support team and adhere to the various processes of solution
• Ability to manage global teams spread across the globe
• Experience supporting Enterprise Applications using formal change management processes.
• Ensure that global technical policies, processes, procedures and tools are utilized and, where appropriate, supplemented as required for:
-- Development Standards (coding, naming, testing, documentation)
• Provide user support, handholding and respond to queries
• Perform root cause analysis for frequently occurring issues and provide permanent fix
• Evaluate requirements from users, prepare change requests for approval from management with solution approach, with effort and cost estimates.
• Prepare design documents – Functional Setups BR100/BP80/TE40
• Familiar with AIM Methodology and OUM Methodology
• Review functional setups & configuration and take corrective action.
• Raise support tickets with Oracle support and follow up for solution.
• Coordinate with Oracle support, DBA, Technical consultant and other Functional consultants for implementing bug fixes.
• Coordinate with other application consultants for issue fixing and proactively prevent issue occurrence (Custom systems, ERP, CRM) for interfaces.
• Provide user training to new users and retraining to existing users on new functionalities.
• Provide periodic status report to management (weekly, monthly).
