Development of plan:

Develop the plan to identify potential new suppliers and impacts on existing supplier.
Develop monthly Packaging material requirement plan.
Execute new packaging development - arrangement of sample / specifications / costing.

Execution of procurement plan:

Assess suppliers and select new/ existing suppliers for packaging material
Maintain supplier master data and identify preferred and secondary suppliers.
Process purchase order based on Gap analysis and approval from Manager PM Procurement and Senior Manager for PM reqd for Export orders and Job Workers.
Transmit orders to suppliers.
Follow-up the delivery of critical items till they are delivered as per the delivery schedule.
Receive and process invoice from vendor.
Co-ordinate the payment of supplier on due date.
Generate CAPA report and transmit to respective sites.
Coordinate with PM development team for Artwork development of Artwork/ new PM etc.
Co-ordinate with Manager PM Procurement, Sites, Supplier and IIP to control UN number for PM.
Participate in all site PM development meets.
Comply with IMS, IFC document requirements.
Participate in cross functional team visits at critical vendors factories/facilities.
