Duties
and Responsibilities
Payroll- To
execute Payroll cycles, print and distribute payroll checks/advices,
create and process pay sheets
- To
receive time entry, regular pay and exception pay information, calculates
and process employment-related payments to employees
- To
investigate and clear payroll errors.
- To
create opportunities for process improvements. To identify, capture and
document opportunities that will result in an enhancement to the
portfolio and will yield improved business results.
Full
and Final Settlement/ Other Related payments- To
record and process voluntary and involuntary separations
- To
process the full and final settlement for all separations
- To
process any kind of payments related to employee during the year,
including but not limited to incentives, bonus, appraised salary,
variable pay, etc.
Compliance
and Legal- Ensuring
compliance with all statutory and employment laws
- Keeping
regular updates of all statutory labor laws and implementing the same in
the organization
- To
assist in proactively maintaining cordial relations with all government,
state and central authorities which impact the business and regulate it
- Assist
the team in cases related to labor laws, employment terms, includes but
not limited to formulating various documents, checking employee data
using all necessary material available at the organization.
- Taking
necessary and regular follow up with all kinds of vendors to ensure proper
adherence to all compliances and help with all relevant data.
Taxation
and Related Statutory Deductions·
To understand legal obligations of
employer and employee and undertake
Management
Information System- To
create standardized templates for information system and creating reports
like monthly attrition, joining, vacancies, employee graph and any other
required reports by the team.
- To
document all relevant information and prepare monthly analysis reports.
- To
create personal files including all data of the employee and maintain
them throughout the lifecycle of the employee.
- To
create information systems for ease tracking of employee growth
- To
act as a centralized databank for employee database and performing an
audit of the databank every month
- To
undertake various data management tasks for employees for ease of doing
business.
HR
Generalist·
Handling day to day HR Generalist
activity and manage activities of Executive HR
·
Assisting the team in any kind of HR
related activities throughout the year for ensuring support to business.
Attendance
Management and Leave Management·
To check attendance for all
employees on a regular basis and
formulate procedures for all employees to adhere to all guidelines of the
company
·
To regularize attendance, leaves,
absent days, holidays etc. for all employees and extracting relevant reports to
draw insights.
Performance
Management System·
Devise proper format for proper
Performance Management System to be used in each quarter
·
Ensure proper communication of all PMS
related data to all relevant parties.
·
Extract all relevant information from
relevant parties to understand performance and productivity of the employees at
each level.
