  • Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis;
  • Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by regular followup & by giving product reference information.  
  • Maintains database by new business leads and existing customers.
  • Maintains quality service for each client project by following organization standards.  
  • Attending project meeting with Manager, taking minutes of the meeting, creating a proposal document.
  • Do follow up calls to understand their business status
  • Coordinating with internal team members for fast resolution of customer query
  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls. 
  • Managing the Office in the absence of MD
  • Attending customer Meetings on behalf of the organization
  • Reading, Monitoring & Responding to Email, Answering Calls & Liaising with Clients Competently,
  • Managing Electronic Diary Planning & Organising Meetings.
  • Attending Meetings Taking Action Points & Writing Minutes, Preparing Papers for Meetings.
