As required kindly refer below job description:

• Acting as the point of contact between the Directors and internal or external staffs
  
• Handling correspondence directed to Managers
  
• Making Travel and Visa Arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
  
• Taking dictation and writing them up subsequently
  
• Producing the reports & presentations
  
• Maintaining the current filing systems, and looking for ways to improve current systems
  
• Respond promptly to Director queries
  
• Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
  
• Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
  
• Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.
  
• Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with Director.
  
• Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
  
• Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
  
• Experience as a virtual assistant.
  
• Provide general administrative support.
  
• Communicate with Forex / Currency Exchange Agencies
  
• Time to time report of all the tasks assigned by Director
